Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you must cancel your trip or kayak rental, or reduce the number of people in your party, a 48- hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations will not be accepted via email. We reserve the right to cancel any trip or rental due to inclement weather. Kayaking is a water sport so we will not cancel or refund a tour due to rain.

-No shows will be charged 100% of the rental or tour value.

-Corporate groups must cancel one week prior to the scheduled tour
