Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

For cancellations prior to the 24-hour/72-hour window, please call Highport Marina Ship Store and Fuel Dock @ 903-786-7000, OPTION 4 and a full refund will be credited to the card on file. No refunds will be applied to cancellations within the 24-hour window.
