Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : 100% refundable cancellations up to 7 days before your reservation date. If you cancel within less than 7 days, you will forfeit your reservation deposit. If you cancel within 3 days of your reservation the full amount will be due. If we end up having a reservation replace your canceled pontoon in our system you will not be charged, we never like having to charge for cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel for policy violations. We do not provide discounts or refunds for early returns.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : f we decide to cancel the reservation due to unsafe weather you will be notified. Do not assume your rental is canceled. Call 231-331-5070 with questions. Multi-day rentals will not get refunds or credits due to bad weather, the weekly rate is set at a discount to accommodate these fluctuations. There are parts of the lake that are better for windy days, we are happy to advise on locations that are better for windy days.
