Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customer will not receive a refund for cancellations within 24 Hours of reservation. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Customers will receive a Gift Card credit within a 48 hour notice of cancellation, that can be used at a later date.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged full price.
