Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to your scheduled date of arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 14 day period and "no-shows" will forfeit their entire payment. Date changes and rescheduling of reservations are allowed up until 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival based on availability. No rescheduling of your reservation is allowed after 14 days of your scheduled check-in date.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : Please note that there will be absolutely no refunds or changes to the reservation in case of inclement weather including but not limited to rain, snow, temperature and wind.
