Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : The deposit is refundable (less a $75.00 cancellation fee) up to forty-five days before your scheduled departure. If cancellation should occur within forty-five days of scheduled departure, deposit less cancellation fee will only be refunded if a substitute booking is obtained.
