Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : 24 hours prior to your excursion departure are nonrefundable (48 hrs for jet skis). Reservations made on same day are nonrefundable. Rescheduling for same day trips will only be made if our scheduled time allows. We need at least 3 hours notice to try to make those accomodations.

Pets allowed : No

Note : Our number one priority is your safety. In the event of thunderstorms at your departure time, you will have the option to reschedule your activity or receive a refund. If your already on the water and it begins to rain while your out, we can not refund your payment. We are happy to reschedule the remainder of your time, if scheduling permits. If you are concerned about weather being an issue, please check in advance before making your reservation.
