Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : We require a 72-hour notice to receive a full refund of the deposit. If the weather is poor on the day of rental, your deposit will be refunded. Poor weather is to be defined by Big Papa's Pontoon Rentals.
