Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : You will be given a period of two (2) years credit for a rain date. We ask that our clients be certain that they will be making use of the boat on the day that they have booked it for. Once a client books a boat for a charter, Ellipsis will respond to all subsequent inquiries for that time slot with the following: “This boat is unavailable and taken for the specified time slot”. As a result, we do not offer any refunds for cancellations. However, if a client cancels a reservation more than 60 days in advance, we will extend them a date change for the booking at no extra cost.
