Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : You may cancel and receive your deposit back at any time for a good reason. Good reasons, as determined by us, are weather, illness, accident, or other unforeseeable event that prohibits you from renting the boat.

You call to schedule your boat orientation. This takes about 45 minutes and we recommend this before the day of rental.
You come for your boat orientation. If this is the same day as your rental, it is not counted as part of your rental time.
You pick up the boat the day of the rental. Boats leave with a full tank of gas.
You return your boat at the end of your rental period. You refill the gas tank. You pay the balance of the rental fee.
