From the very beginning the owners made a decision to choose quality over quantity in every category of running their business! They decided to buy new inventory annually, so that they would have a good name in the area. When clients contact The Rental Shop, they speak directly with the owners. They do not overcharge their services and offer discounts to others who have booked with certain property rental companies. This means that all clients who order with them are paying the lowest rate. All repeat clients do receive a 5% disount on rentals, and free table with their bonfire package. The rental equipment consists of new and high qulity equipment. They do not buy used items off craigslist or shop at the big box stores for their paddle boards, bikes or kayaks. They buy direct from the manufacturer and offer very competitive pricing!
