Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : You will need to cancel 24 hours before your rental date, if the National Weather Service forecast is alerting a 70% or more chance of rain the day of your rental, or if it is raining upon pickup; a cancellation will result in a full refund. If you cancel within ten days of your booking date, we will issue a refund for your reservation.

Note: We allow dogs under fifty pounds. Any damage due to your pet will be the responsibility of the renter. If the boat is excessively dirty, we might have to charge an additional fee for any deep cleaning or damages.

Note: our swim ladders are not made to accommodate pets. When the temperatures are high, they might not be able to find relief. Most of the marina restaurants will allow pets, but it is best to call in advance.
