Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellation Policy: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation 5 days prior to your scheduled departure. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given for any other reason. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Rescheduling: Just respond to your confirmation email with the date/time of the change request. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please allow 24 hours for any requests.

Note : Low Tide Tours operates rain or shine! Our large thatched roof will do its best to keep you dry. If its going to rain please dress accordingly. The captain reserves the right to suspend or cancel a tour at any time due to weather. Passenger safety is our top priority. If your tour is cancelled due to weather we will issue a full refund.
