Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations due to weather conditions are made the date of your scheduled trip and final determination will be made by the Captain. In case of a cancellation due to weather, your deposit will be refunded, or another date will be scheduled based on availability. A 7-day cancellation notice is required on all scheduled trips. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, a 50% deposit will be charged. If you are a “no-show” on the date of your trip, we will charge full price of the trip booked.
