Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If your reservation is not cancelled 24 hours in advance for any reason you will be charged for your rental time whether you use it or not; but you may use the payment for a future boat rental in the same or following season.

Note : Inclement Weather Policy: If your rental boat has left the dock and your rental ends early due to inclement weather we will issue you a store credit for future boat rental based on actual rental usage (For all day rentals rental usage over 6 hours is considered a full use of that rental) If your rental boat never leaves the dock due to inclement weather only we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
