Written notice is required on all cancellations. With cancellation 45 days or more prior to departure date, a $300 facilitating fee will be charged. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of total Reservation Deposit.
For Party Barge/Pontoon boat/Fishing boat:
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation date are subject to forfeiture of total Reservation Deposit.

A Damage Deposit of $1,500 is required prior to boarding and will be refunded after the boat is inspected at the end of the rental period if the boat is returned in same condition as at check-out.
