Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If reservation for pontoon boat rental or fishing boat rental is cancelled more than 7 days to rental date, the deposit will be refunded in full if initial deposit is paid by cash or personal check. If deposit is made by credit card, a 3% fee may be deducted from the deposit to cover bank transfer fees.
If notice is less than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date, up to the full boat rental price may be charged if the boat cannot be re-rented.
