Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee if the request is made 48 hours or more in advance of activity date. Any cancellations done within 48 hours of activity date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to "myparroteyes@aol.com" and this e-mail must be followed up by a phone call to Capt. Ron at 956-459-4808 notifying him of the e-mail. Customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation was initiated by Parrot Eyes Water Sports decision due to weather. No-shows will be charged the full price.
