Our friendly staff at Black Creek Marina will do their best to ensure the boats are cleaned, inspected and ready for you upon your arrival! Renters who cancel at least 3 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.
Note : Cancelled reservations will forfeit 20% of the deposit. Rentals cancelled within 2 calendar days from the rental (rental date minus 2 days) will be charged in full.
Cancellations related to weather (Rain, High-Wind, Rough Seas and other dangerous conditions) will be refunded in full.

Credit card payments are required to rent from us.
$300 deposit applies, to be refunded (less fuel) upon return of undamaged boat with all accessories, life jackets, anchor and lines accounted for. Boat will then be refueled, and cost of fuel will be deducted from the security deposit.
Note : Renters will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the amount of time they used the vessel. If they did not use the vessel for at least 30 minutes, they will receive a full refund.

Renters will return the boats to the fuel docks where marina staff will assist in refueling the boat and charging separate from the reservation.
