Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations require 48 hours.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if notice is given prior to that period.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other circumstances that would make boating unsafe at that time.

Note: We love dogs here! There is just a small $25 cleaning fee for your pup. We recommend bringing towels to put on the seats so their nails don’t accidentally tear any cushions.

The price you see online is what it costs to rent a boat. Fuel will be a separate charge that you pay for after you’re done with your rental. You will leave with a full fuel tank, and at the end of your trip, we fill it back up and you pay for the difference. This way you have a full tank without having to worry about wasting money on gas you didn’t use!
