Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation or no-shows will forfeit entire rental payment

Pets allowed : No

Note: We allow pets on all boats except our electric boats. Some rules and restriction may apply. Animals do impact the weight and passenger capacity of the boats and will be counter towards the maximum capacity. Also, depending on their comfort level with the water animals may cause the boat to be unstable. Boat Rentals of America is not responsible for animals that ends up in the water or for boats that are capsized as a result of an animals movement
