Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Week of cancelation = 60% cancellation fee
Week prior cancellation = 30% cancellation fee
Month prior cancellation = 15% cancellation fee
Quarter (3-months) prior cancellation = No cancellation fee

Remember, it's free to reschedule up to 2 days before your reservation. However, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation. Rescheduling is not the same as cancelling! If for whatever reason you need to change the dates then please call us and let us know. It's always FREE to reschedule your reservation with Peak Adventure Rentals as long as someone at Peak Adventure Rentals is aware and finalizes the change at least 2 days before the original reservation date.

In summary, if you cancel your reservation on the day of your reservation, you will NOT be refunded. If you cancel the day before your reservation, then you will only receive a 10% refund. If you cancel 2 to 6 days before your reservation, then you will receive a 40% refund. If you cancel 1 to 4 weeks (1 month) before your reservation, then you will receive a 70% refund. If you cancel 1 to 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive an 85% refund. If you cancel at least 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive a 100% refund. It's free to reschedule as long as you reschedule at least two days before your reservation. Otherwise, if the day you reschedule your reservation is within 2 days of your original reservation, then you will be required to pay an additional cost of 30% of the total reservation price.

You are responsible for paying for the fuel you use. If you take the jet skis full, you need to bring them back full. If you take them low on fuel, then you are welcome to bring them low or nearly empty. If the jet skis are not returned full of fuel at the end of the rental then for your convenience, we'll fill them up at a gas station nearby, then we'll deduct the cost of the fuel from your security deposit and text you a photo of the receipt. Jet skis have a fuel tank capacity of about 12 gallons of gas, most renters can ride their jet ski waverunner for a least 6 hours before needing to add more fuel to the jet skis. Depending on how fast and how long you drive your jet ski waverunner you may need to add more fuel during the rental. That is why we send the trailer with a couple of extra empty 5-gallon gas cans. Even for a one-day rental, we recommend stopping at a gas station before going to the lake to fill up at least one of the extra empty 5-gallon gas cans. If there is any extra fuel in the gas can at the end of the rental, you may pour it into your personal vehicle. When launching the jet skis into the water, be careful to not submerge the gas tanks into the water. You may need to take them off the trailer before launching just to be safe. Water in the fuel will damage the machines.
