Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : We understand that life happens despite our need to FISH. If life happens to you, let us know as
soon as possible! Failure to make full payment on a reservation or failure to check in at least 30 minutes prior to
departure constitutes NON-Participation of the charter and considered a cancellation by you the client and not subject
for refund. Cancellations made by the client at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund, less a
25% processing fee of the total price of the charter. All cancellations made inside the 30 day window are nonrefundable.
If there is a mechanical failure (prior to departing the harbor) and we cannot accommodate you on
another boat, we will refund 100% of your deposit and take our fees out of the captain. If there is a mechanical failure
after leaving the harbor, the refund is at the discretion of the captain; typically if it occurs after you fish, refunds are
not provided. If Mother Nature decides no one gets to fish then we will refund you 100% and take it in the shorts for
you, our beloved clients!
