If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : A minimum of 7 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date will be required to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, you will forfeit a one-night stay. If you cancel within 3 days of check-in, you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your lodging reservation.
Refunds for bank card payments will be issued as a credit to your bank card. Refunds for cash payments will be mailed within 30 days of a qualified cancellation.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made on or after the scheduled arrival date. No-shows are not entitled to a refund. Reservations will be canceled for non-receipt of payment.
