We moved to Vashon Island in 2011 and realized we had landed on an island paradise. There may not be palm trees and tropical breezes but the natural beauty and the sense of community is second to none. We knew we wanted to share the magic but protect the environment too. Vashon Watersports was our first island business - kayak and standup paddle board rentals in Quartermaster Harbor. We offer guided tours, hourly rentals and classes in a protected harbor for all ages & experience levels. For those wanting a little more adventure, we offer kayak camping options and point to point paddling. Beachfront campsites facing Mount Rainier offer breathtaking views amongst the madrone trees. We are thrilled that the pilot was a success and we will continue to offer camping for years to come. 2017 brought us back to terra firma with the opening of Vashon E-Bike. We offer a large rental fleet of electric bikes so more people can enjoy the island on 2 wheels, regardless of fitness level. Our fun and informative guided tours offer something for everyone. In 2018 we started our partnership with Argosy Cruises and Washington State Parks to provide kayaking at Blake Island State Park. We offer guided tours and hourly rentals during the summer. Vashon Adventures is where all the pieces come together in a single place. Pick and choose what you want to do and how you want to do it. We want to make your Vashon adventure whatever you dream it to be and leave you with an experience you will never forget.
