All cancellation or rental modifications must be done at a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival date. To do this please contact us at info@CanyonBoatRentals.com or by phone at 928-660-0578. All cancellations will forfeit a $70 reservation deposit. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation date will be charged for a full one day rental price on their reserved boat. “No Shows” will automatically be charged for the days reserved, no exceptions.

Note : We reserve the right to cancel any rental at check in or prior to check-in time due to weather concerns at our discretion. Cancellations will either be rebooked for a different day or fully refunded. Watercraft(s) that are already on the water when the weather changes will not be refunded. Your safety is always our number one concern and we understand there is a difference between less than ideal weather and dangerous conditions.

Note : The security deposit is $500 for each boat or watercraft. Security deposits help cover problems or accidents that occur during a reservation, such as low fuel, damages, missing equipment, etc. At the time of the rental, an authorized hold will be secured on the credit or debit card provided. These funds will not be available for your use. The authorization hold will be released when the equipment is returned in the same conditioned as you received it in. The time it takes to release this additional authorization depends on your bank and is beyond the control of Canyon Boat Rentals. sales tax of 9.9% .All boat rentals require a $500 security deposit per boat rented taxes and fees are not included in the price.
