We offer a full refund if the boat rental is canceled 3 days(72 hours) prior to arrival. If you have a multi-day rental and cancel prior to the 3 days you will only be charged for the 1 day rental price.
Note : The weather at Lake Powell is very unpredictable. We reserve the right to cancel any rental at or prior to check-in time due to weather concerns at our discretion. Cancellations will be rebooked for a different day or fully refunded. Watercraft(s) that are already on the water when the weather changes will not be refunded.
