If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to 50% of the session amount. Cancellations/No shows within 24 hours of session are subject to 100% of the booking amount unless we can fill your time slot. In this case, we will issue 100% refund.
