Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations can be made within one week of a reservation until Memorial Day. After Memorial Day, all sales on boat rentals are final. No refunds issued, although rebooking will be allowed for folks that cannot make their rental date and time. Customers will receive a gift card for the amount paid in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : If the lake is too choppy, or the weather is too severe, we allow groups to reschedule to later times, or we issue a gift card that you can use within the next two years.
