Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : There will be no refund if you cancel the day of your reservation. You will have the chance for a full refund if canceled 14 days prior to your scheduled booking. If you want to cancel after the 14 day period, you may transfer that booking to another available date. If you transfer to a future date, where rates may have changed, we will honor the original rate of the original booking.

Note : Weather is unpredictable, especially at Lake Powell, and it can change from one moment to the next. Your safety is our number one concern. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any rental, at or prior to check-in time, due to weather concerns, at OUR SOLE DISCRETION. You will be fully refunded for the time we have canceled OR given your rental credit towards a different day. Anytime after the wave runner is on the water, if the weather is to change (which it frequently does) we do NOT offer refunds due to those changing weather conditions.
