If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : If you need to cancel simply call us! Renting boats is how we make our living... to keep costs down give us the opportunity to rent your boat to the next person in line. We've made reserving a boat easy but abuse of our reservation system will result in your name on the dreaded "no show" list
This is the south and thunderstorms can creep up just as fast as they disappear. We track live weather radar ourselves so if you feel you need to cancel just call us. Storms are often fast moving so you may want to move your departure time versus cancel for the entire day. We are always happy to provide current conditions and keep you up to date on Coosa River weather forcasts. It may be raining where you live but it may not be raining here on the Coosa. Just remember - "If you're only going to walk on sunny days you will never reach your destination" and "you can't experience the rainbow without a little rain".
