Entropy Boat Rentals has been serving the beautiful Cape Fear coast since 1987. We're the longest established boat rental company in Wilmington, NC and have been family owned and operated from the start. Sea Mark Boat Manufacturing has been building boats since the 1970's. When Pete Klingenberger, Chris' dad, moved the business to Towels Rd on the ICW he was able to keep a few boats in the water for demos and that gave him an idea. Why not rent the demos since we have them on the water anyways? And that's how it all began. Years later, Chris & Terri bought the small marina where Entropy Boat Rentals is located now. Pete retired but still visits frequently to relax by the water under the tiki hut or to lend us a helping hand.
