During non-holiday periods, as long as you cancel at least 7 calendar days and during holiday periods, as long as you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the rental you will receive your reservation fee back. If you are a “No Call/No Show” on the day of your rental you will be charged the full rental fee.
Note : If it is raining, there is a lake wind advisory or storm in effect or predicted you will not be charged. We would never allow you go out in dangerous conditions as your safety is our main concern. Renting a boat on Lake Havasu is meant to be fun!
