You may cancel and receive your deposit back at any time for a good reason. Good reasons, as determined by us, are weather, illness, accident, or other unforeseeable event that prohibits you from renting the boat.

Note : We take $100 deposit on your credit card over the phone. This deposit reserves the boat for the date and time you need it. You call to schedule your boat orientation. This takes about 45 minutes and we recommend this before the day of rental. You come for your boat orientation. If this is the same day as your rental, it is not counted as part of your rental time. You pick up the boat the day of the rental. Boats leave with a full tank of gas. You return your boat at the end of your rental period. You refill the gas tank. You pay the balance of the rental fee.
