Day of cancellation = No refund Day before cancellation = 90% cancellation fee Week of cancelation = 60% cancellation fee Week prior cancellation = 30% cancellation fee Month prior cancellation = 15% cancellation fee Quarter (3-months) prior cancellation = No cancellation fee Remember, it's free to reschedule up to 2 days before your reservation. However, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation. Rescheduling is not the same as cancelling! If for whatever reason you need to change the dates then please call us and let us know. It's always FREE to reschedule your reservation with Peak Adventure Rentals as long as someone at Peak Adventure Rentals is aware and finalizes the change at least 2 days before the original reservation date. In summary, if you cancel your reservation on the day of your reservation, you will NOT be refunded. If you cancel the day before your reservation, then you will only receive a 10% refund. If you cancel 2 to 6 days before your reservation, then you will receive a 40% refund. If you cancel 1 to 4 weeks (1 month) before your reservation, then you will receive a 70% refund. If you cancel 1 to 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive an 85% refund. If you cancel at least 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive a 100% refund. It's free to reschedule as long as you reschedule at least two days before your reservation. Otherwise, if the day you reschedule your reservation is within 2 days of your original reservation, then you will be required to pay an additional cost of 30% of the total reservation price.
