Rentals are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to you scheduled pick-up date. Between 30 days and 7 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 7 days of your pick-up date and time are not eligible for refunds. If your trip is cancelled due to insufficient water levels, dangerously high water levels or river closures, a full refund will be offered. The renter-of-record must be present to pick up and sign for the rental.
