Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival for a refund less $50 fee and online booking fees. Holiday Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to scheduled checkout time. A $50 cancellation fee is applied for all cancellations.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : In the case of inclement weather a refund will not be given, but we will gladly reschedule your reservation for another day within the current season.
