Please note, we enforce a 72-hour cancellation policy. If adverse weather conditions force us to cancel rentals, we will issue you a full refund, or reschedule your rental appointment. Please note that cool temperatures are not considered adverse weather conditions. Your credit card will be charged 100% of rental rate if you do not show up for a reservation. Late returns will be charged $50 for each 15 minutes past schedule return time. Late fees will be deducted from your security deposit.

Note : Renter is fully responsible for any and all damages to the vessel. Check with your auto or home insurer to see if you're covered. We do not offer optional physical damage insurance. Renter is responsible for their own insurance to cover injury and damage. In addition to rental fees, a $500 refundable security deposit is required before departure. Renter is required to pay in full for all damages caused to any vessel and/or accessories. The $500 refundable deposit will be held on a major credit card. Valid driver's license
