For those who DO NOT PURCHASE OUR CANCELLATION PROTECTION, all cruises must then be canceled 72 hours (3 Days) prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. All cancellations must be submitted via email only - not phone calls or voice messages - to rentme@chicagoelectricboats.com. For those who DID PURCHASE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY, all cruises must be cancelled at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund, minus the  Protection fee. Please note, even with the Cancellation CancellationProtection, captains and/or docents must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. All cancellations must be submitted via email only - not phone calls or voice messages - to rentme@chicagoelectricboats.com. **Cancellation Protection is only available to purchase when booking the reservation and can not be added to an existing reservation**

Note : With the exception of registered service animals, no pets are allowed on the boats. Thank you for your understanding!

Note : 24 hours prior to your reservation, a $500 security hold will be placed to the credit card on file to ensure the boat is returned without damage. The hold will be released once the boat is brought back to our docks without any damage and you were not subject to additional fines. Depending on what credit card, please note that hold could potentially take up to 48 hours to be released. We have updated our policy where your card will be charged in full as soon as your reservation is successfully booked.
