Any cancellations made the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. -ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELATION FEE SHOULD YOU CANCEL OUTSIDE THE 24 HR WINDOW -CANCELATION FEE IS 10% OF THE BOOKING
Note : Express tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. Should your Captain assess the weather and determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If a trip or rental cancelled by Express Watersports for any reason and you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded the full amount of the tour.
