Canyon Lake is known as the Water Recreation Capital of Texas. Canyon Lake has beautiful clear water, striped bass, camping and day parks, hiking trails, and lots of room for recreation. Twenty-three boat ramps provide easy access. Canyon Lake welcomes the Upper Guadalupe River from the west while the Canyon Lake Dam provides a controlled release of cool waters into the lower Guadalupe River, temperate enough to sustain rainbow trout life throughout the summer.

My love for water started at young age. I grew up in southern California so we spent lots of time at the beach and in the water, we camped often, had a boat we would take to the lake to fish & swim. There is something truly serene about being on open water. Listening to the waves crash or the way the wake feels in the lake as boats speed by. The birds chirping or trees swaying in the wind. Fast forward in high school we moved to Gilbert AZ unbeknownst to me there are lakes everywhere here, Canyon lake was the first lake we visited & that's when my love for paddle boarding started. Paddle boarding is for everyone my now 8 year old son also has a love for paddle boarding. Its so neat to take my family to all the local lakes, lake pleasant, apache lake, Roosevelt Lake Canyon Lake, Salt river, Tempe Town Lake & we can all enjoy a day out on the water on our paddle boards.

Copper State Boat Rentals was founded for one reason: to bring the excitement and fun of wake surfing and being outdoors to as many people as possible. Our boats are top of the line in everything. MasterCraft made their hulls for competition skiing boats, so naturally you get an amazing wake. We have four fat sacks on board allowing you to take in an extra 4000 pounds of water to really push the boat into the water, creating those massive wakes for catching air! If leisure is more your cup of tea then look no further, our boat can comfortably seat up to 12 people on board and has enough storage for anything you may need to stow. Along with plentiful seating, the surround-sound system can be heard from over 80 feet behind the boat. Sitting or towing a surfer, you will be able to perfectly hear your favorite songs. This amazing boat houses a Corvette LT1 engine pushing over 350 horsepower.
