Bow to Stern
290 Blackwell Point Loop Road, Oriental, NC, USA - 35.0305486 -76.7021293Bow To Stern Boating is based in Oriental, NC, on the Neuse River, mile marker 181 on the ICW (Intercoastal Waterway.) Our facilities include a deep water marina which is home to much of the Bow To Stern Fleet. That fleet includes over 60 boats. You'll find sailboats from 8 ft to 45 ft. Powerboats perfect for cruising local creeks and the river. Kayaks for a scenic paddle. The small sailboat fleet is one of the largest on the east coast, and has made Bow To Stern (and Oriental) the home for collegiate and high school regattas. These events bring in over a hundred sailors at a time, every spring and fall. College sailing teams have discovered Bow To Stern is the perfect place for spring training. Spring training has seen as many as 8 college teams come for a week of sailing (and fun) in Oriental. Bow To Stern teaches hundreds of people to sail every year. Through our certified ASA courses you can learn to sail, or advance your skills if you're already a sailor.
