Silverwood Lake is surrounded by 2,400 acres of ancient Douglas Firs, Black Oak trees, and spectacular views of the mountain creeks. At an altitude of 3,380, Silverwood Lake was formed by the 249 foot Cedar Springs Dam; at 3,350 feet it is the highest reservoir hosted by the State Water Project. The lake has a surface area of 976 acres and has 13 miles of shoreline. The Pacific Crest Trail runs by the lake and it is one the of main park features. The Silverwood Lake Marina is found in the Silverwood Lake state recreation area. It is the premier Silverwood Lake boat rental location!
