Entertain up to 13, 1600#’s a combination adults and kids aboard these spacious pontoon boats with a hard top. This boat is available with or without captain. We have the only pontoons in Lake Tahoe with a slide off the top! If you have little kids you can put the slide so it touches the water. They accomodate up to 15 people for either the 27 or 23, they hold the same but the 23 is easier to drive. We also have a 23 footer with a bimini top, not a hard top. We book up July 1st- August 15th because the kids go back to school. You can bring your own beverages and food on the boats, keep potato chips to a minimum.

Nor-Cal Charters currently maintains several high performance-fishing vessels for the purpose of creating the ultimate fishing charter experience. Our boats are equipped with large bait tanks and all the gear necessary to troll, jig, drift or mooch depending on what is producing the most fish at that time. Because we focus on small groups of 1-6 per boat, we can easily change the style or species of fishing within minutes. The most abundant species on the lake is the Mackinaw, also known as lake trout or lakers and can be caught year round and congregate in schools on sandy shelfs. The Kokanee which is a land-locked Sockeye salmon, can be caught June-October. The Rainbow and Brown Trout are a common occurrence on our boats and are usually caught during Kokanee fishing, but occasionally get caught on jigs and live bait.

After 25 years of paddling at Lake Tahoe, the surrounding rivers and alpine lakes, we are more excited than ever about our paddle sports. How can we not be with all the exciting developments in Standup Paddleboards (SUPs) in the last few years. Whether you want to “ ride the glide” on a crystal clear glassy morning, downwind across the lake, or head to the coast for waves there is truly a board for everyone and we have them all. Our rental fleet includes 100 plus boards so come on down and try one out at one of our five locations. All the excitement generated by paddleboards has carried over into kayaks as well. More innovation than ever is the key. Kayaks are getting more comfortable and easier to paddle. We are also seeing hybrid kayak/paddleboards getting better but there is still work to do there
