All our homes come with their private dock (except our hickory valley properties which has a shared dock) & are all lakefront. Lake Norris Chalets, wants to not only meet our guests expectations, but also to exceed them! We take pride in providing the best service possible to make your vacation the most memorable ever. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas & must be returned before 8. All boats are equipped with tow bars, adult life jackets (please note we do not provide kid or toddler life jackets) & also anchors!

Sequoyah Marina is ideally located on picturesque Norris Lake, just 25 miles from Knoxville, Tennessee. Water enthusiasts have access to 800 miles of crystal clear shoreline covering 34,000 acres, surrounded by wildlife and nature at its best. Our members and guests enjoy access to hundreds of secluded coves, amazing fishing, endless hiking trails, and two pristine state parks. Our full-service marina encompasses covered and uncovered wet slips capable of docking vessels up to 80 feet, a seasonal restaurant (a favorite amongst our locals), as well as boat rentals, a ship’s store, and a fuel dock.

Flat Hollow Marina on Norris Lake in Speedwell Tennessee is your home away from home for your next Norris Lake vacation. Vacation rental accommodations include newly renovated luxury lakefront chalets, A-Frame and floating houses. With accommodations up to 17 in one Norris Lake Cabin or allow us to help you find multiple accommodations to meet your group’s needs. Get out on Norris Lake in one of our boat rentals, which include pontoons, tritoons, double-decker party boats, a ski boat and jet skis, or bring your own and launch at our boat ramp. Fuel is available onsite at the marina.

We have a variety of boats and watercraft rentals to fit everyone’s needs, including a party barge for an extra fun day lake day. We are a full service marina offering a variety of services that include fishing and marine supplies, houseboat rentals, pontoon boat rentals, covered boat slips, restrooms, launch ramp and laundry facility. There is also a restaurant and marina store that is available with Wi-Fi access. We offer Lakeside Lodge and cabin rentals overlooking Norris Lake. Each motel unit is equipped with two queen beds, refrigerator and microwave. Laundry facilities and gas grill also available. Cabin rentals come equipped with two queen beds and sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen fully furnished with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer available.
