Our property features parking and loading areas close to the docks, so you won’t have to carry supplies a long distance, and offers outdoor seating and picnic areas with grand views of the pristine wetlands that surround Neabsco Creek.

Enjoy our 18-acre lake, wildlife and beautiful scenery while operating a pedal boat or kayak. Our trained staff will assist you when launching and returning from your boat ride. Pedal boat and kayak rentals include U.S. Coast Guard approved PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices.) Whether skilled or novice on the water, you will enjoy the features offered at Lake Fairfax Park marina. Want to stay on dry ground? Bring a pole and try your hand at fishing from the shoreline or dock. A Virginia State Fresh Water Fishing License is required for anyone fishing who is 16 years or older.
