The lake is one of the Nation's largest man-made lakes, providing you with over 1150 miles of shoreline to enjoy. LORA welcomes Active Duty Military, Retired Military, members of the National Guard and Reserves, DoD employees with ID cards, family members and Fort Leonard Wood contract employees.

Lake Toons is a small family owned boat rental company that has been in business since 2007 at Lake of the Ozarks. Everyone at Lake Toons takes the utmost pride in customer care and in providing superior quality service. WE DELIVER AND PICK UP FREE OF CHARGE! Just give us a call and we will deliver boats to your dock at no additional cost. Laketoons offers Multi-day discounts, Larger horsepower, a more up to date fleet, and competitive pricing! Our fleet consists of: 28 foot Voyager and Lowe Tritoons, which can seat a maximum of 16 passengers, and are powered by motors ranging from 200 to 250 hp. This amount of power will allow you to have a full boat AND still be able to pull adults or children on a tube, wake board or waterski’s with ease. OVERNIGHT RENTALS are available at no extra charge. We also offer package deals and multi-day discounts. Our rates are very competitive, and according to our past renters, sometimes unbeatable!

This includes: service, repair and rebuilding of both 2 & 4 stroke outboards, inboard and jet ski engines, fuel, electrical systems, jet pumps, lower units, trailer repairs and boat rentals. Our specialties include flexible scheduling, mobile capability, and after hours availability 7 days a week without any extra charge! All customers deal directly with the owners from start to finish, and all work is guaranteed. ATV, Dirt bike, and Side by Side service available as well.

Big Thunder at Glencove Marina

Glencove Marina is located on the water at the 3mm and home to our two massive service and parts departments along with our gas dock, rentals, and administrative offices. At Big Thunder Marine we believe in a better boating experience. From our state-of-the-art Showrooms and Service Buildings to our Gas Dock and Marina there is a better way to boat. Big Thunder Marine has been back at Lake of the Ozarks since 2015 when the Ross family resurrected the iconic name. Originally started in the 1990’s by Bob Morgan in Gravois Mills, we’ve grown into the largest dealership at Lake of the Ozarks and have expanded into Florida at our new Palm Beach Gardens location.
